I started in the sales department seven years ago. In that time, I have learned a lot through my daily contact with customers. The team has now grown considerably and the product range is also constantly expanding. Back then, you were trained verbally, but nowadays we learn through the Academy: really an improvement! I then moved on to the Service department via the Transport department. There I learned to surprise customers in a positive way and make them even happier than they already were. For me, working at Maxaro means wanting to invest myself, always being inquisitive and having the will to keep learning. For example, I have since been given a great opportunity to work in the purchasing department as a specialist in steam showers and whirlpools. For me, the position of Sales Assistant was the perfect start four years ago, because working at Maxaro involves more than simply selling products. You are trained and build up commercial and administrative skills in addition to product knowledge. You can get a broad orientation and develop yourself as a person. A first job is always exciting, but you learn everything step by step. In the Maxaro Academy, we have training for all areas. I am now team leader of the Sales Team and responsible for managing and supervising sales employees. A great new challenge! We go to extremes for the customer in everything and that really bears fruit. Not everywhere you get the opportunities you do at Maxaro. Here, you learn a lot from the daily contact with customers and no two days are the same. We help customers in the showroom, on the phone, via e-mail and via the website. Moreover, Maxaro is a growing company, so you can continue to develop and work on your future!
