What measures does Maxaro take in its showrooms?

To give you peace of mind, we take a number of measures to ensure your health and safety:

  • Our showrooms comply with very strict hygiene standards. For example, our counter, ATMs and other contact points are disinfected several times a day.
  • It is compulsory to wear a mouth mask in the showroom.
  • Upon entering, disinfectant to disinfect your hands is available for you at the showroom counter.
  • We keep an appropriate distance (about 1.5 metres) and ask you to respect this distance and also keep it in front of other customers.
  • As a precaution, we will not shake hands with you.
  • We ask our customers to also ensure the RIVM and government guidelines themselves, such as washing hands often, keeping their distance and not shaking hands.
  • Preferably, we ask you to pay by PIN.
