This mainly involves product knowledge and customer focus. Our own products are designed and made with passion, and visitors notice this when visiting one of our experience showrooms. There, almost the entire collection is on display and passionate sales staff explain the various products.

Maxaro Academy

As the fastest growing bathroom and flooring specialist, Maxaro is always looking for sales and after-sales talent. But how do you ensure that all the knowledge you have in-house is shared with your staff? Maxaro develops almost all its products itself and knows them inside out. It is important to share this knowledge with new colleagues as well. To this end, Maxaro has drawn up a training plan: the learning and development programme. This is a combination of the self-created online learning platform and training in practice. Particularly in the online learning platform, the Maxaro Academy, we invested heavily last year. In the first weeks, a full programme is ready for the new talents to prepare them as well as possible for the challenges of their new position.
