Large, heavy or fragile products are delivered on pallet(s) via mass transport. Keep the pallet of the delivery until you are sure you do not want to return any more product(s). This pallet will be used when collecting the return items. Such transport differs from regular parcel services. It is therefore good to observe the following conditions:
- Delivery takes place between 07:00 and 18:00.
- You will receive an e-mail with 3-hour time indication the evening before delivery.
- Also check your spam folder for the time indication e-mail.
- The driver will call your given number ±15 minutes before arrival.
- By default, we deliver to the billing address, unless you choose another address.
The evening before delivery you will receive an e-mail between 9 pm and midnight with a time indication of three hours. On the day itself, the driver will call you about 15 minutes before arrival. By default, delivery is made to the billing address. If you specified a different delivery address when ordering, we will deliver there.

Therefore, make sure there is enough help to bring the products inside or upstairs.
- Check your products for damage or errors within 48 hours.
- Report a problem within 48 hours using the service form.

After delivery, it is important that you check the products for transport damage or inaccuracies within 48 hours. If you discover a problem, report it within 48 hours via the service form in your My Maxaro environment. Once your report has been received, our service department will contact you within 3 working days to resolve it together.
- Allow glass to acclimatise for at least 24 hours before installation.
- Place glass upright in the room where it will be installed.
- Check for damage, but leave glass in the box until installation.
- This applies to shower enclosures, walk-in showers, shower screens and doors.
Does your order include a shower enclosure, walk-in shower, shower screen or door? Then make sure that the glass acclimatises for at least 24 hours upright in the room where the product will be installed. Check the glass for damage if necessary, but leave the glass wall(s) in the box until installation.

Checking for damage and incorrect products
- Check your order within 48 hours of delivery for any incorrect products or damage.

Acclimatising glass
- Does your order include a shower enclosure, walk-in shower, shower screen or door? Then please note that the glass must acclimatise for at least 24 hours before installation.
- Acclimatisation should be done upright (standing), in the same room where the product will be installed.
- Check the glass wall(s) for damage, but leave it in the box until the time of installation.
