- Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 18:00.
- The evening before delivery, you will receive an e-mail between 21.00 and 00.00 with a time indication of 3 hours. Please also check your spam inbox.
- The driver will call approximately 15 minutes before arrival. You can pass on any special details at this time.
Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. By default, this is the same as the billing address. Have you specified a different delivery address? Then delivery will naturally be made to this address.
Be present at delivery
- It is important that one or more persons are present to receive the order.
- A signature for receipt is required.
- Our carrier does not deliver to your neighbours.
- Deliveries must not be placed on the street without supervision.
Delivery to the first threshold
- Deliveries with large transport are delivered to the first threshold on the ground floor, or to where the driver can reach with the pump truck.
- A pump truck cannot cross thresholds, gravel, loose stones, grass or other unpaved paths. Therefore, we may not be able to deliver your order to your front door.
- Do you live in a flat? Then we will deliver your order downstairs to the porch. You are responsible for getting the products inside or upstairs.
- At holiday parks we deliver up to the barrier or reception.
- Please bear in mind that for heavy and/or large products you need to have enough people available. The pallet(s) and packaging material remain with you.
Checking for damage and incorrect products
- Check your order within 48 hours of delivery for any incorrect products or damage.
- Is something wrong? Report this within 48 hours via the service form in the My Maxaro environment.
- Our service department will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your report.
Storing pallets
Please keep the pallets until you are sure you do not want to return any more products.
Acclimatising glass
- Does your order include a shower enclosure, walk-in shower, shower screen or door? Then please note that the glass must acclimatise for at least 24 hours before installation.
- Acclimatisation should be done upright (standing), in the same room where the product will be installed.
- Check the glass wall(s) for damage, but leave it in the box until the time of installation.
Planning installation
Schedule any installation appointment at least 2 working days after delivery to avoid problems in case of delay.
