Ordering & Payment
Ordering products online is possible at maxaro.co.uk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering via maxaro.nl is very simple:
1. Go to the product of your choice and click on the 'Add to basket' button
2. You will now be notified that the product has been added to your shopping basket.
3. You can now continue shopping or go to your shopping basket.
4. Have you finished shopping? Then click on the 'Checkout' button at the top right of the page.
5. Is your order complete? Then click the orange 'Continue ordering' button.
6. You will now reach step 2. Here you enter your details and choose your preferred method of payment and delivery address.
7. When you have filled in everything, click the orange button 'Check your order'.
8. When you have checked everything, click the orange button 'To payment screen'. Do not forget to check the General Terms and Conditions for approval.
9. If you have chosen to pay via iDEAL, you will automatically enter the iDEAL payment screen. If you have chosen to pay by PIN / cash or automatic bank transfer. This completes the ordering process.
10. After completing your payment via iDEAL, you will be taken to step 4. If the payment has been made successfully, a confirmation of your payment will appear on the screen at step 4.
11. You will receive an e-mail from Maxaro confirming your order.
This is not a problem. You can place your order with Maxaro's sales department by phone or e-mail.
iDEAL
iDEAL is the payment of your purchase through the online banking system of your own bank. iDEAL is simple and safe, you pay quickly and easily in the familiar online payment environment of your own bank.
Bancontact
With Bancontact, you as a Belgian customer can pay for your purchase through internet banking with your own bank. Bancontact is simple and safe, you pay quickly and easily in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank.
PayPal
With PayPal you pay with your e-mail address. You can use a PayPal account as your digital wallet. A safe and convenient place where you can store your payment methods and use them easily. You no longer need to remember your credit card details or search for your random reader. All you need is your e-mail address and PayPal password. You can find more information on the PayPal website.
Credit card
MasterCard and Visa credit cards from Dutch providers can be used on our website. It is not possible to pay with a Visa Debit Card, American Express or foreign credit cards. For those in the know: via an SSL-secured server. As soon as we have checked your credit card details, we will ship your order that very day.
Bank transfer
You can also choose to transfer the purchase amount of your ordered products in advance, for which you will receive a Paylink. Payment must be received at least 3 working days before delivery.
Paying from abroad
A different method of payment applies to payments from abroad. You will receive the invoice and make payment by international bank transfer 7 days before delivery. To make this bank transfer, you will need the IBAN and BIC code from us. The amount should be visible on our account at the latest 3 days before delivery.

Would you prefer to pay for your purchases afterwards? No problem.
With Riverty, you choose to pay for your order securely in arrears. Riverty carries out the entire post-payment process. This means you will receive a digital invoice from Riverty via email to make payment.
Riverty maintains a strict privacy policy as described in itsprivacy statement.
In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Riverty is not authorised, you can of course pay for your order with another payment method. You can contact Riverty for questions at[email protected].
Riverty is only available to customers from the Netherlands.
Do you order for € 200 or more? Then shipping is completely free.
For an order amount of less than € 200, the shipping costs depend on the product. If you order more than 1 product, you only pay the delivery costs for the product with the highest delivery rate.For parcel service this is € 9.95, for large transport it is € 19.95.

If you have a construction deposit, you can choose the 'Construction deposit' option while placing the order. Please note that the delivery date must be scheduled at least three working days ahead. You will receive the invoice for your order by e-mail. You can then submit this invoice to your mortgage provider.
At Maxaro, you benefit from fair prices for the best quality day in, day out. Because our prices are low all year round, we do not offer discount coupons.
However, there are several sites that provide Maxaro discount codes. These are not valid and do not originate from Maxaro.
Delivery
Thanks to our large stock, we can promise you fast delivery. Therefore: ordered before 1 pm on working days, delivered the next working day or on a day of your choice. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, Tuesday is the next delivery date. You can also opt for delivery on demand. We will keep the order in storage for you for 2 years free of charge.

Delivery time
Delivery takes place between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. The evening before delivery, you will receive an e-mail between 9 p.m. and midnight with a time indication of 3 hours. Please also check your spam inbox. In addition, you will be called by the driver at the given telephone number approximately 15 minutes before delivery. Any special details can also be passed on at this time. Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. By default, this is the same as the billing address. Have you specified a different delivery address? Then delivery will naturally be made to this address.
Presence on delivery
It is important that one or more persons are present to receive the order.
Delivery to the first threshold
Deliveries by large transport are delivered to the first threshold on the ground floor, or to where the driver can reach with the pump truck. A pump truck cannot cross thresholds, gravel, loose stones, grass or other unpaved paths. Therefore, we may not be able to deliver your order to your front door.
Do you live in a flat? Then we will deliver your order downstairs to the porch. You are responsible for getting the products inside/upstairs.
Please make sure that you have enough people available for heavy and/or large products. The pallet(s) and packaging material will remain with you.
Checking for damage and incorrect products
We ask you to check the order within 48 hours for any incorrect products or damage. Please keep the pallets until you are sure you do not wish to return any more products. You can read more about the 48-hour check on this page.
Planning installation
Please schedule any installation appointment at least 2 working days after delivery to avoid problems in case of delay.
Collection
Can I collect my order?
Collection is only possible from our warehouse in Roosendaal. If you choose to collect your order, you decide the time. Please report to our showroom counter before you collect your order. We will make sure your order is ready for you as soon as possible. Handy, isn't it?

Returns & Guarantee
When purchasing products, you have the option of dissolving the contract without giving a reason for 365 days. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product. During this period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You shall only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the return request form online. Once the return request form has been received online by Maxaro you will receive a confirmation within 5 working days whether your return request is accepted including any instructions.

Return costs
The cost for the parcel service (both collection by our carrier and delivery to a DHL ServicePoint) is € 9.95. The cost of having large consignments collected from your home is €19.95. These costs are for your own account. Under Ordering and delivery, you can find which products are collected by parcel service and which are collected by large transport.
The purchase amount will be transferred to you within 10 working days after receipt and approval of the returned product. This will be offset against the return costs. If the entire order is returned and collected, the original delivery charges will be refunded. This is not the case when returning part of your order. If you return more than one product, you will only pay the return costs for the product with the highest shipping rate.
The products supplied by Maxaro come with a guarantee of up to 10 years.
However, should our suppliers/manufacturers observe a shorter warranty period, this shorter period shall apply as the customer's warranty period.
The customer can never invoke the Guarantee if the defect is the result of incorrect assembly and/or improper use. The Guarantee also lapses if the customer has made changes to the product.
The obligations resulting from the Guarantee shall never exceed the obligations to which the supplier/manufacturer is subject pursuant to the conditions of guarantee applied by the supplier/manufacturer.

Delivery within the EU (only for invoicing in company name)
As a foreign business customer within the EU, you can order from us VAT-free, provided you meet the following conditions:
1. Enter correct company name and VAT number
You must enter the correct company name during checkout, together with the correct name, address and residence details (NAW) and a valid foreign VAT number of your company. This VAT number should match the details as registered in the European Commission's VIES database.
2. Automatic check (VIES check)
We automatically carry out a background check to verify the correctness and validity of the VAT number entered via the European Commission's VIES database. Upon a successful VIES check, prices excluding VAT are displayed and processed in your order. You can then checkout VAT-free.
3. What if the VIES check is not successful?
If the VIES check is not successful, you will be given the option of correcting the data immediately during checkout. After a successful re-check, the prices excluding VAT will be displayed and invoiced.
Does the VIES check fail again? No problem, you can still continue with the ordering process, but in that case the prices will be displayed and invoiced inclusive of VAT. After completing the order, we will contact you by telephone for an additional VAT check.
4. Collection of products
If you choose to collect the ordered products yourself, we ask you to provide a transport declaration.

Export outside EU
If you have an article delivered in the Netherlands and then export it to a country outside the EU, you can reclaim the VAT paid. To do this, when ordering, please mail a copy of your valid proof of identity showing that you live outside the EU. We will then include your ID number on the invoice. Have this (copy) invoice signed for export by customs. You then mail this invoice to us and we will credit and return the VAT paid. The condition is that the minimum purchase amount is €50 including VAT and that you export the item(s) outside the EU within 3 months of the end of the month of purchase.
