Q: What are the charges for my return?

<ul> <li>Return via a DHL ServicePoint costs &euro;9.95; pick-up via mass transport costs &euro;19.95.</li> <li>These costs are for your own account and will be deducted from the refund.</li> <li>For full returns, you will also receive a refund of the original delivery costs.</li> </ul> The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt and approval. If only part of your order is returned, the delivery costs will not be refunded. If you return several products, you will only pay the return costs for the product with the highest return rate.

Q: How quickly will I get my money back after a return?

Within 10 working days of receiving and approving your return, we will refund the amount.

Q: Will shipping costs be refunded in case of a return?

For a full return, we will also refund the shipping costs. For partial returns, only the purchase price of the returned products.

Q: How are refunds made when paying in arrears via Riverty?

The return amount will be refunded to your account as specified in the return form. You can use this amount to pay the outstanding Riverty invoice.

Q: I adjusted my order and end up with a lower amount, now what?

If your order has been adjusted and the total amount is lower, the excess amount paid will be refunded to your account. We will process this as soon as the adjustment has been made.

Within 10 working days of approval, we will refund the purchase price to your account.

The amount will be in your account within 10 working days, net of any return costs.

Return: via bank transfer to your specified IBAN (regardless of the original payment method).
Cancellation: via your original payment method (e.g. iDEAL, credit card or PayPal).
Post-payment services (such as Riverty or in3): via bank transfer; you can use this amount to settle your invoice with the payment provider.
