Return process

• You can return it yourself via a DHL ServicePoint (parcels only) or at our warehouse in Roosendaal.
• Prefer home collection? Then choose bulk transport.
• Always register your return first; you will then receive a confirmation and shipping label.

Under Order and delivery you will find out which products are delivered by parcel service and which are delivered by mass transport.

Returns yourself: in our warehouse in Roosendaal (free of charge)

You can return your product free of charge at our warehouse in Roosendaal. This is only possible during opening hours and after registering via the returns application. In the confirmation you will receive the return number that you need to provide upon return. Returning at other branches is not possible.

Self-return: at a DHL ServicePoint (€ 9.95)

This option is for parcels only. After approval of your return, you will receive a DHL label by e-mail. Stick this label on the parcel and take it to a DHL ServicePoint. Please wait until you receive the label before returning the parcel.

Pick-up: bulk transport (€19.95)

Suitable for large or heavy products. You choose the pick-up time yourself. The evening before you will receive an e-mail between 21:00 and 00:00 with a 3-hour period in which we expect to drop by. Also check your spam inbox. Stick the Maxaro shipping label with return number on each box or pallet.

Have you lost your Maxaro shipping label? Then contact our Returns Department (choice number 3).

Log in via My Maxaro and select 'Returns'. Then select the order from which you want to return a product.

For returning online orders applies:

• Within 365 days of delivery, submit the return request to us.
• The products must be in their original, clean and undamaged packaging.
• The products must not have been assembled or installed and must be complete, including loose parts.
• If you choose to return the items yourself, this is only possible at our warehouse in Roosendaal within opening hours.
• We will check your return shipment.
• Return costs are at your own expense.
• The purchase amount will be transferred to you within 10 working days after receipt and approval of the returned product.

Refund via online payment method or bank transfer

• For online orders, the amount will be refunded via your chosen payment method, such as iDeal, Bancontact, AfterPay, credit card or PayPal.
• All other payments (PIN, cash and bank transfer) will be refunded by bank transfer.
• We always ask for your IBAN data in the return form.

By sending the return form you agree to our above-mentioned return conditions.

• Return via a DHL ServicePoint costs €9.95; pick-up via mass transport costs €19.95.
• These costs are for your own account and will be deducted from the refund.
• For full returns, you will also receive a refund of the original delivery costs.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt and approval. If only part of your order is returned, the delivery costs will not be refunded. If you return several products, you will only pay the return costs for the product with the highest return rate.

You have 365 days to return one or more products. At Maxaro, we believe it is important to provide you with the right product that fits your wishes and needs. After all, we would like to see you return as a satisfied customer in the future.

This period starts on the day of delivery of the product. During this period, you should handle the product and its packaging with care. You should only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.

Fill in the return form and choose the return reason. After completing the return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the return label.

• In our warehouse in Roosendaal (free of charge)

You can return your product free of charge at our warehouse in Roosendaal. This is only possible during opening hours and after registering via the returns application. In the confirmation you will receive the return number that you need to provide upon return. Returning at other branches is not possible.

• At a DHL ServicePoint (€ 9.95)

This option is for parcels only. After approval of your return, you will receive a DHL label by e-mail. Attach this label to the parcel and take it to a DHL ServicePoint. Wait with the return until you have received the label.

• Self-delivery is only possible at our warehouse in Roosendaal.
• Returns are only possible during the opening hours of our collection warehouse.
• Your return will be checked immediately upon collection for completeness and damage.

• Collection is possible for large or heavy products.
• Register your return and choose your pick-up time.
• The evening before collection you will receive an e-mail with a 3-hour time slot.
• Also check your spam inbox.
• Stick the shipping label with return number on each box or pallet.

• We will refund your purchase price within 10 working days of approving the return.
• Return costs (€ 9.95 parcel / € 19.95 mass transport) will be settled automatically.
• Are you returning the entire order? Then you will also receive a refund of the paid delivery costs.

No, products must be in their original, clean and undamaged packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Samples.
• Showroom items.
• Products that have been specially ordered and/or produced for you.
• Less than 2 packs of the same tile.

• In My Maxaro you can request a return per order.
• For returns from multiple orders at once, please contact our returns department.

We will be happy to help you arrange everything in one go.

• Yes, an exchange is possible by returning your item and re-ordering the desired product.
• You will receive your refund within 10 days after your return has been approved.
• We do not settle the return amount; simply place a new order via the webshop.
